Biography

Idan Moldavski is an Israeli attorney based in Tel Aviv. He has worked in refugee and immigration law since 2014 and has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2020. He holds two LL.M. degrees — from Northwestern University in Chicago and from Tel Aviv University.

Throughout his career, Attorney Moldavski has represented clients before courts across Israel, the Population and Immigration Authority, and various administrative tribunals. He brings to every case a combination of deep academic knowledge, practical experience, and a human approach.

Since 2014, Attorney Moldavski has worked with HIAS Israel — first as a Legal Fellow and, since 2020, as an attorney — advising and representing refugees and asylum seekers.

Over the years, Attorney Moldavski held various positions at law firms in Tel Aviv, and today he runs his own independent practice in the city, where he handles each case personally and remains committed to the principles of justice and professional ethics.
